Can I pay late?
Yes! We are happy to accept late orders at our office at 605 5th Ave., Safford. After hours, feel free to drop your form through the mail slot. You can also place late orders with a credit card by calling 928-428-0206, Tuesday-Thursday. For school pictures the Fall order deadline is November 15th & Spring order deadline is May 30th. For all other photos the deadline is 6 months after the photos are taken. Online orders can still be placed after these dates.
Can I pay for all my kids in one envelope?
Please fill out a separate order form with a separate payment for each child.
Can I pay for all my kids with one check?
It is best to use a separate check for each order.
I pre-ordered online do I still need to turn in an order form?
You do not need to turn in an order form when you pre-order and pay online.
Can I pay with Venmo?
We are no longer able to accept Venmo payments.

Can I pickup my online order at your office to avoid shipping fees?
No, online orders are shipped to you directly from our lab. You can reduce shipping costs by combining multiple children in one order. You can also call 928-428-0206 and place a phone order directly with us. Please contact us for late order deadlines.
I don't know my child's password?
Your child's password will be their student ID number. If you don't know your child's number, please contact their school. To protect privacy we are unable to give passwords out.
Can I order sports pictures online?
To protect your child's privacy we are currently unable to offer online viewing & ordering of sports pictures.
My Child missed picture day. Can I bring them to your studio to have them taken?
Yes! Please call for an appointment. Also, towards the end of each semester we offer a preschool/homeschool/retake day here at our studio.
Can I get pictures of my preschooler/unenrolled child?
Yes! Towards the end of each semester we offer a preschool/homeschool day here at our studio. We are also happy to photograph your child BEFORE school starts at one of our scheduled schools. Be sure to check with the school office to be sure they allow visitors.
Can I have my children's pictures taken together?
Yes, but due to space limitations we can only photograph up to 4 people together.

How can I view my child's photo online?
From the menu above click 'ORDER CURRENT SCHOOL PICTURES', click your childs school, grade, teacher and then their name. Enter your child's student ID number as their password.
Where can I view the background choices?
Current background choices are displayed on our home page or click HERE.
My child has multiple orders. Can you package their photos separately?
All orders that are delivered to the school will be packaged the same envelope. If you would like your child's order to be packaged separately you must place an order online and choose the "SHIP TO ME" option or call us to place an order and arrange for pickup at our studio.
My child missed class pictures can they be added to the photo?
Due to variations in lighting, locations, backgrounds, etc... we are unable to add people to class photos.
Can I come into your office to see my child's picture?
School pictures are not viewable in our office. You can view your child's picture online with your child's student ID number.
SPRING PORTRAITS -PLEASE NOTE-
Only students ordering photos are photographed for Spring Portraits. Be sure your student takes their order form on picture day.
All SUSD students are photographed in the spring.
What is a Memory Mate?
A Memory Mate includes both an individual & team printed on an 8x10 sheet. Click HERE to view our sports products.
Who can be in a buddy picture?
Siblings, teammates, parents, etc... Basically anyone! Buddy pictures are limited to 4 people.

Yes! We are happy to take a make up picture here at our office within one week of the original picture day. Please contact us to schedule a time. If it has been longer than one week you can still come to our retake day in November or May.
